Policies

Return Policy:

• Deposits are non refundable.
•   There are no refund.
• When booking please be mindful of when you book and time.  You are allow only one reschedule with the same deposit.
• Second reschedule you will need to book another appointment.
• After 20 mins late appointment you will be cancelled. 
• You will be notified via text if stylist is running behind/late
• Due to Covid and health precautions all hair products such as hair bonnets, hair ties and edge control can not be return due to sanitary reasons.
